RGV Incoming Terms and Conditions:
CONTRACTS OF TOURS are governed by rules and regulations established by the International Convention on Travel Contracts (CCV), signed in Brussels on April 23, 1970, and ratified by Law no. 1084 December 27, 1977, the statutes of Law 111/95 and Directive (EU) 2015/2302 on package travel.
RATES are quoted in Euro and include VAT and Taxes. In case of unforeseen increases in the costs (such as museum tickets or hotel rates), we reserve the right to alter our prices, valid from 01-01-2022 to 31-12-2023. Rates include what is specified below each tour or service and will be written on our confirmation mail.
PAYMENT is to do by credit card through the website page of the tours you wish to book. The payment operated by STRIPE is 100% safe. We will not collect your data and do not even see your credit card details.
CONFIRMATION with full details of timing, meeting point, and the final price will assure you the services’ availability and constitutes acceptance of “terms and conditions” between you and RGV Incoming.
CANCELLATIONS 24 hours before the tour: full refund except for not refundable tickets.
Cancellations within 24 hours of the tour are considered no-shows and are not refundable. If you must cancel within 24 hours, we will try to reschedule your experience as a courtesy but cannot guarantee it will be possible. If we manage to postpone the tour and we cannot postpone your tickets, we will buy new ones. You will pay for the new tickets with no extra commission.
CHANGES IN BOOKINGS are almost always possible. Kindly send us an email with the request. Date changes must be made more than 48 hours in advance of the tour. You can reschedule once at no additional cost or fees. If we cannot postpone your tickets and need to buy new ones, you will pay for the new tickets with no extra commission.
LIABILITY of RGV Incoming is limited as it acts as an agent for its customers.
REFUNDS will not be applied in case of unforeseen sites and museums’ closures, not due to our will and out of our control. Nevertheless, we GUARANTEE THE SERVICE with an alternative, equally valuable itinerary or changing the date of your tour, when possible.
RESPONSIBILITY. RGV Incoming drivers and guides are not responsible for accidents, losses, injuries, damages, and delays due to reasons beyond their control, such as natural disasters, accidents, and so on.
